Duo Guadalupe back in business - new MP3s - January 2, 2008

After months of recess, Ellen Leitner and I are planing the next season to include another quintet concert, recording Paganini's Centoni di Sonata, and a little touring. Our recent run-through of some material was a lot of fun - she's using a different instrument and bow, having a great time. She's also been developing repertoire for violin and piano, and has a CD of her own out, all of music of our friend Father Blanch.
So I've added MP3s of two live performances to celebrate: A la Raya del Monte is a Spanish song arranged by San Andres, adapted for violin and guitar by Ellen. Polo is by Manuel de Falla. Here's the link (the songs is at the bottom of the page: http://www.capocchimusic.com/music-group-16.html
